Design of Data Acquisition Systems is a course in module 5 of the Industrial Design Engineering Bachelor. It introduces skills needed to collect and manage data in a design context. Students will learn core programming concepts – such as problem-solving, algorithms, and modular design – as well as core electronics, including working with microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators. The course also covers methods for data structuring, capturing, and processing, alongside an introduction to data visualization and the design and implementation of simple user interfaces for interacting with data.
The course relies heavily on many of the tutorials that are available on this website.
