I am trying to build an application for assignment 7, however I can not run the emulator, even though my specs should be more than enough(gaming PC). I am currently running the app on my personal phone to test it and it works so far, but I would like to be able to use the emulator as well.

Any ideas for what I could do or what other information is necessary to figure it our

Are these the only messages you get? Usually there will be more errors if something like this fails. First thing I would try is to Google for the error. If you do this, you find things like this, or this, which might be of help.

  • apparently some of the devices just don't work while others simply do, I think picking the newest versions for everything doesn't necessarily work out all the time – Erik Bösert Jun 7 at 16:41
  • @ErikBösert Ok, if one of the devices at least works, that would be Ok (for now). I usually test with a Pixel 2. – Fjodor van Slooten Jun 7 at 17:03
