I treid connecting both my arduinos to several computers, but on all they do not get recognized as an arduino and gives an error message in the device manager. I tried different cables, but then the computer does not recognize anything plugged in at all. when trying to install new drivers, using some methods the message that the best driver has already been installed pops up, and on other occasions that the driver is not recognized.
